TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMER:

Per our Service Agreement, if you must cancel your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. We understand that schedules change, but short notice cancellations or no shows will result in a fee of up to the full price of the groom and the inability to book future appointments.

Cancellation POLICY:

We require a 24-hour notice of appointment change or cancellation prior to your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge the FULL grooming cost due to the loss of revenue caused by a “no-show.” Please make every effort to call and cancel or reschedule when possible to avoid such situations.
